OBITUARY OF RICHARD TAYLOR

"LaVale, Maryland. Richard David, "R.D.," Taylor, 63, of LaVale, died Tuesday, Mary 4, 1999, at Sacred Heart Hospital after a long battle with cancer.

Born March 27, 1936, in Lynn, Mass, Richard was the son of the late Millard D. and Virginia (Cummings) Taylor. He was an Air Force veteran during the Korean Conflict. He was Protestant by faith. He was a member of the Moose Lodge and the Covington, VA Masonic Lodge #171.

Ssurviving are his wife, Jo Ellen (Fleckenstein) Taylor; one daughter, Mary Taylor, Brentwood, CA; one stepson, Kenneth E. Keller, Jr; six grandchildren, Brian, Danielle, Fred Jr., and Michael Breining, Kenneth E. Keller III, and Trey Jacob Keller; one sister, Marilyn Harrington and husband, Peter, sterling, VA; three sisters-in-law, Janice Long, LaVale, Peggy Clayton and husband, Michael, North Port, FL, Lou Ann Fleckenstein and husband and very special brother-in-law, Michael Jangali, Bowie; and brother-in-law, William "Bill" fleckenstein and wife, Linda, Portsmouth, NH.

Funeral services will be conducted at the funeral home Friday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Wayne R. Turner officiating. Interment will be in the Maryland Veterans Cemetary at Rocky Gap. Graveside Military honors will be accorded by the Combined Veterans Honor Guard.

Pallbearers will be Bucky Whiteman, Kenneth E Keller, Jr., Kenneth E.Keller III, James Wright, Eddie Hartman, Bob Twigg, and Glen Miltenberger.
